Fees: $405 for 2 years or part thereof

Documents Needed
Supporting documents to be submitted include, but not limited to:
- catalogue and safety datasheets of explosives used
- training records and certifications of staff handling explosives
- mode and method of explosives disposal
- safety and security plan for handling, transportation and storage of explosives (where applicable)
Requirements
The applicant must be;
a) a Singaporean or Permanent Resident of Singapore
b) at least 21 years old at the time of application
c) must be the following business stakeholders as registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
i) A Director - for companies
ii) A Partner - for partnerships, limited partnerships (LP) and limited liability partnerships (LLP)
iii) The Sole Proprietor - for sole proprietorships
d) The applicant, directors / partners and staff who will be directly involved in the handling of explosives must fulfil the following criteria:
i) be fit and proper person e.g free from criminal record; and
have the relevant experience and training in handling and using of explosives for rock blasting operations
